- Anaphylaxis = IM 0.3-0.5 mg of 1 mg/mL in the thigh — know the concentration difference from code epi (0.1 mg/mL IV)
- Drips: central line preferred, titrate per protocol
- This is the one drug where hesitation kills in anaphylaxis
